The Mt. San Antonio College English, Literature, and Journalism Department (ELJD) is the largest department on campus and located in Bldg. 14-13E. During any academic year, the Department offers approximately 800 class sections covering four areas of study. To meet the demands of these 24,000 students, ELJD has a staff of forty full-time faculty members. Many of these contract faculty members have published literary works, written textbooks, and worked in various professional organizations. A highly-qualified adjunct faculty complements the ELJD staff in helping teach both regular and short-term classes that are offered Monday through Sunday.
